Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the `Courts Group'.

About the Role
Offered on a fixed-term 1-year basis, 1 day per week, Court Services Victoria (CSV) is seeking a skilled AVC Technology Support Technician to join our Information Technology Services team. This role is pivotal in supporting audio-visual and in-court technologies across Victoria's courts, including video conferencing, evidence presentation, and transcript recording.
What you'll do:
* Provide expert service desk and on-site support for AVC technology systems.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Configure and maintain audio-visual equipment and systems.
* Contribute to projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and stakeholder training.
* Manage inventory and maintain accurate technical documentation.
What we're looking for:
* Strong knowledge of audio-visual and network systems.
* Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and support of AV technologies.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver practical solutions.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Relevant qualifications or significant experience in AV or IT.
