Based out of our Home & Community Service in Nambour, Sunshine Coast, the overall purpose of the Administration Coordinator is to oversee the coordination of administrative and scheduling functions; provide leadership and management of the Administration team; and provide administrative support to the Service Manager. This role is accountable for ensuring the effective and efficient provision of administrative services across the services within the region, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, procedures and systems. This is a 6 month fixed-term, full-time position.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the coordination of administrative and scheduling functions across the region.
- Provide leadership and management of the Administration team.
- Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures and systems.

Qualifications and Experience

- Experience in a similar senior administrative position within a multidisciplinary organisation (desirable).
- Proven ability to manage, supervise and provide leadership to a team.
- Understanding of employee onboarding, learning and development activities, quality improvement initiatives and audits.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse information and prepare accurate, relevant reports.

Requirements

- National Police Certificate
- Current Driver’s Licence and own reliable vehicle
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (or currently studying)
- Ability and willingness to travel within the service region
