The opportunity
Glo Kleen is seeking a dedicated and experienced Domestic/Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team in Adelaide. This position will provide cleaning services to private, NDIS, Aged Care homes, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and supporting our clients' independence and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitising in private homes
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, meeting the specific needs and preferences of each client
* Maintain a professional and caring demeanor when interacting with clients, respecting their privacy and independence
* Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Communicate effectively with the Glo Kleen' team to provide updates and address any concerns
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a domestic or aged care cleaning role, ideally with NDIS experience
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage compassionately with clients
* Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and evenings as required
* Reliability
* Understanding of and commitment to upholding relevant health and safety regulations
* A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
* ABN required
* Current Australian Police clearance
