Chef De Partie
We are seeking an enthusiastic casual Chef De Partie who has experience in a premium kitchen service to work within one of our restaurants.
The restaurant works on a 7 day rotating roster and will require you to learn and develop skills in all sections of the busy kitchen operation.
Qualifications & Experience
* Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Hotel/resort experience highly regarded.
Responsibilities
* Utilise staff and resources to organise and facilitate the highest possible standards of food service.
* Communicate concerns with the Senior Chef in Charge.
* Encourage clear communication lines and forums between all personnel.
* Ensure the kitchen is clean, ready for inspection, and food is correctly handled, stored and that staff follow Food Safety Guidelines and Program.
