The Accounts Payable Officer plays a pivotal role within our broader finance team, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our financial processes. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, managing payments, and fostering positive, collaborative relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will review, validate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy across quantities, pricing and terms, and confirming alignment with purchase orders and approval requirements. You will also reconcile supplier statements, proactively resolve discrepancies, respond to supplier enquiries and manage payment‑related issues. Supporting month‑end accounts payable activities, you will help ensure deadlines are met and reporting is accurate.

About you
You bring demonstrated experience working within an Accounts Payable function, supported by hands‑on experience with a cloud‑based ERP system. Your strong communication skills enable you to build trusted relationships, and stakeholders will value your clarity, professionalism and financial insight.
With a continuous improvement mindset, you enjoy identifying smarter ways of working and adapting to evolving systems and technologies. You consistently demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Self‑motivated and adaptable, you work confidently both independently and as a collaborative team member.
Your background in business administration and accounts will be well utilised in this fast‑paced, engaging and rewarding role.
