**About the role**:
- Independently and in partnership with internal teams, craft proposals and presentations.
- Manage new client adoption from incumbent service provider in partnership with the Client Relationship Manager.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with prospects.
- Identify and drive opportunities for product and service innovation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implementation of efficiencies.
- Explore new opportunities to increase overall business profitability by keeping abreast of technology that can make the organization operate efficiently.
- Drive alignment and growth, and ensure expectations are clear and upheld.
- Achieve customer service objectives by resolving problems, identifying customer service trends, and contributing information and recommendations for future growth opportunities to strategic plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure services can be provided and delivered.
- Work with accounts team to prepare and finalize fee quotes, SLAs for prospective clients, and invoices for delivered services.
- Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, and appraise results, and implement systems, policies, and procedures where required to accomplish business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Actively support and embed effective risk management and compliance practices.
**About you**:
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience with a successful track record of consistently selling products and services in the industry.
- Previous sales experience in data-driven communication, digital marketing, and marketing automation, including knowledge of Essential Mail and Direct Mail.
- Strong negotiation and client management skills to build and maintain current and existing client relationships, with the ability to manage and influence major accounts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and decisive approach to taking ownership.
- Ability to respond to user/business requirements and deliver results within deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure and balance competing priorities to ensure timely outcomes.
- Strong team focus and ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Effective collaboration skills to bring people together and achieve shared outcomes.
- Capability to foster resilience and determination throughout the broader team.
- Effective communication skills to interact transparently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and plan ahead to meet SLAs.
