About Horizon Club
Horizon Club is Shangri-La’s Executive Lounge, offering guests a refined yet welcoming retreat—a home away from home.

We are looking for a dynamic F&B; Attendant to join our Horizon Club team, delivering outstanding food and beverage service and maintaining the lounge’s impeccable standards.
Your Role:
- Uphold Shangri-La’s Front Office and Corporate Standards in all service areas.
- Set up and maintain the buffet in Horizon Club according to Shangri-La standards.
- Assist the Horizon Club Purser or Butler with seamless, friendly service, including setup, breakdown, table clearing, and lounge maintenance.
- Manage dishwashing operations, including cleaning, drying, polishing, and storing of all silverware, glassware, and cutlery.
About You:
- Previous experience in an Executive Club Lounge or similar luxury hospitality workplace.
- Familiarity with Front Office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.
- Available full-time for a 7-day rotating roster.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Current RSA certification.
