Job Title: Youth Justice Caseworker
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Youth Justice Caseworker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide front-line services to young people at the Central West Youth Justice Community Office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about working with young people and making a positive impact in their lives.
The role involves providing a range of quality externally and internally sourced services to detainees, youth justice conferencing clients, victims of crime, and court-mandated young people and their families.
You will work collaboratively with other professionals to connect young people to appropriate services, monitor progress, and take action to prevent re-offending.
As part of this role, you will also be responsible for case management, behaviour management, and reflective practice with staff.
We are looking for someone with relevant tertiary qualifications, experience in social work, welfare, psychology, criminology, education, or a related field.

Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (diploma or higher) in social work, welfare, psychology, criminology, education or related field.
* Current NSW Working with Children Clearance.
