Key Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Assisting customers with vitamin and supplement enquiries
* Recommending products confidently and accurately
* Processing sales and operating the POS system
* Maintaining stock levels and visual merchandising
* Supporting the pharmacy team as needed
About You:
* Previous experience in a pharmacy or health retail environment
* Strong knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and natural health products
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, well-presented, and professional
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible availability (including weekends if required)
