Support SAP module configuration, testing, and validation
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Prepare functional documentation: BRDs, FRDs, process flows, configuration guides, and test cases.
Role Description About the Role
The SAP Business Analyst will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting the analysis, design, configuration, and optimisation of SAP solutions. This role focuses on improving business processes, enabling system enhancements, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP initiatives within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and SAP system designs.
Support SAP module configuration, testing, and validation (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, PP depending on organisation needs).
Assist in end‑to‑end project activities including impact analysis, UAT, training, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
Troubleshoot SAP issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and coordinate defect resolution.
Prepare functional documentation: BRDs, FRDs, process flows, configuration guides, and test cases.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams—technical developers, solution architects, and operations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance SAP processes and user experience.
Maintain strong governance and adherence to change management policies.
