Office Administrator Role
This role involves general office administration tasks in a small, family-run building company. The successful candidate will work approximately 21 hours per week, with flexibility to suit their needs.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This is a part-time role that requires answering phone calls, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, managing multiple calendars, proofreading documents, data entry, and invoicing.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Responsibilities
* Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
* Greeting customers and providing a welcoming environment
* Scheduling appointments and managing multiple calendars
* Proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and quality
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
