About The Role

As a RTO Administration Receptionist – Trainee, you will undertake studies towards a BSB30120 Certificate III in Business. Your role will support the daily operations of ITeC Academy and manage office and student experience administration.

This position is based at ITeC Academy, 1-5 Miller St, Coniston NSW 2500. It is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, on a 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanency upon completion.


Your Responsibilities

1. Provide front desk coverage, greet visitors, answer calls, and manage inquiries professionally.
2. Support administrative processes for ITEC, including office and student administration.
3. Maintain student data records, enter data into LMS/Content Manager, and ensure timely processing.
4. Manage communication via email, online inquiries, and phone calls, and respond to sales leads and student inquiries.
5. Assist with office tasks such as printing, copying, filing, and distributing documents.
6. Take minutes at meetings and follow up on actions.
7. Arrange travel, accommodation, conference bookings, and catering as needed.
8. Perform other duties as directed by the RTO Administration Team Leader.


Ideal Candidate

* Willing to undertake studies towards a Certificate III in Business (not previously completed).
* Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
