Professional Growth Opportunity for New Nurses
This program offers newly qualified nurses a chance to develop clinical expertise and leadership skills as they transition from education to practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assess potential Donors to determine their suitability for donation
* Insert and remove needles safely to collect whole blood, plasma, and platelets
* Conduct routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests
* Manage adverse donor reactions by providing guidance and assistance
Eligibility Criteria:
The Professional Growth Program is available to graduates who have completed a Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent between June 2025 and December 2025.
