* Key Responsibilities:

1. Create a nurturing and ordered learning environment that is learner-centred, supportive, cooperative, and aligned with relevant curriculum policies and practices.
2. Collaboratively develop and implement quality curriculum programs and appropriate pedagogy; evaluate their effectiveness; assess and report student progress and learning outcomes; and communicate these to students, parents, and the community.
3. Work collaboratively with the leadership team, teachers, and other staff members in contributing to the professional life of the school and fostering a positive school culture.
4. Engage proactively in professional learning to enhance student learning outcomes.
5. E stablish positive relationships in the pastoral care of students and support their spiritual and moral development.
6. E nsure that the teachings and values of the Catholic Church form a foundation for learning and teaching.

1. Have contemporary skills and experience in creating a supportive, learner-focused classroom aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
2. Demonstrate expertise in designing and delivering effective curriculum programs in line with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
3. Show commitment to engaging with colleagues, students, and parents/carers to enrich learning experiences and achieve the best educational outcomes for students.
4. Be passionate about supporting students' spiritual and moral development.
5. Hold eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
6. Have current registration with Queensland College of Teachers.
