About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to own the technical delivery of our website and related digital systems.
You will manage, optimise, and develop WordPress, HubSpot, and other frontend platforms that support our marketing and product growth.
This role suits someone who enjoys the variety of working across multiple systems, cares about performance, and can balance clean code with practical business needs.
You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and IT to ensure our digital experiences are fast, reliable, scalable, and conversion focused.
Responsibilities
Templates and Automation Assets
Build and refine HubSpot email templates and system templates
Create and maintain custom GTM templates
Ensure all templates meet brand and UX standards
Support marketing with fast landing page and experiment delivery
Technical SEO and Site Performance
Implement schema, meta optimisation, redirects, indexing policies, and canonical management
Monitor Core Web Vitals and technical health
Run regular audits and manage fixes with marketing and content teams
Integrations and Tracking
Manage integrations between WordPress, HubSpot, LMS, Zendesk, analytics tools, and other platforms
Own GTM, event tracking, and data layer management
Conduct QA on tracking across funnels
Ensure accurate data flow for analytics and reporting
Project and Campaign Support
Deliver web assets for campaigns and product launches
Assist with A B testing, CRO work, and landing page rollouts
Troubleshoot urgent web issues during campaigns
Maintain documentation for workflows and integrations
Cross Team Collaboration
Work with Marketing, Product, and IT to plan upcoming updates
Support design with frontend implementation
Ensure site changes match brand and performance goals
Provide technical guidance to non technical stakeholders
Key Criteria
Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in SaaS or technology environments
Understanding of digital metrics and reporting
Previous remote work experience
