About the role
Processing Beef, Lamb, Pork & Chicken in a below 10 Degree Environment
5am until *****pm - Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday Work
Must be able to work unsupervised, in an efficient manner
No Front-Line Customer Service
Your Ability
Use of knife and Band Saw to trim, dice and cut meats
Cleaning, washing and maintenance of site facilities
Machine Operating - Cleaning & Maintenance
Quality Control & Checking
You will need to be comfortable to work within all areas of the business
You will be comfortable to perform manual handling of products weighing up to 25kg.
Skills and experience
You have superior knife skills
You view Butchery as a Craft – Nose to Tail
You have experience and like to lead by example
You have a continuous improvement mindset
You will have relevant meat processing experience
