About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Consultant to build a high-value Senior HR desk, taking this line of business from internal practice to a wider market. As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to develop innovative flexible HR recruitment solutions and promote them to HR leaders across industries.
* Drive the expansion of the business line and build a high-value HR recruitment desk focused on senior appointments.
* Strategic planning and execution of the plan to build a high-value HR recruitment desk.
* Report to the Director of the business and play a key role in building out this capability.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 6 years of experience in the recruitment industry as a specialized Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, Sector Recruitment Manager, or Branch Manager, with experience in specialized HR recruitment. You should also have experience building or managing a desk that has focused on high-value temporary contracting within a specialism.
