This key role will be responsible for driving growth and strategic plans of the division, delivering financial targets, and expanding our client base.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying new business opportunities, surveying clients' needs and trends, and recommending business lines.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and expanding clientele; building and maintaining rapport with key clients;
* Identifying new business opportunities and advising on feasibility of properties for sale;
* Building an extensive property and client database for generating recurring revenue;
