Job Description
We are seeking an individual with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to assist in controlling all operations across our venue. This includes running the restaurant and bar, supporting the Venue Manager and Assistant Venue Manager by opening and closing the venue, and coordinating all staff members within the restaurant.
Maintaining current market knowledge and harnessing your ability to engage and execute promotional concepts is also essential in driving business growth and revenue.
As a senior Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing food and beverage operations, customer service, and achieving financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in controlling all operations across the venue.
* Support the Venue Manager and Assistant Venue Manager.
* Coordinate all staff members within the restaurant.
* Maintain current market knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality management.
* Experience working in both bar and restaurant environments.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture.
* Experience in the financial aspects of a business.
* RSA certificate.
* Management card.
* First Aid qualification.
