Restaurant & Bar Staff – TWPZ
Taronga Conservation Society Australia invites applications for a casual Food & Beverage staff position at Taronga Western Plains Zoo.
About the role:
Location: Dubbo, Wiradjuri Country, Taronga Western Plains Zoo.
Casual, shifts Monday–Sunday, mainly evenings; additional breakfast and event shifts available.
Pay: Mon–Fri $***** (17 yrs) to $***** (21 yrs+) plus weekend penalties.
Immediate start dates.
Key Accountabilities:
Deliver high-quality customer service to promote repeat visitation.
Assist team to achieve strategic outcomes.
General waiting duties: prepare and clear tables, take orders, make/serve drinks, customer service.
Comply with Taronga customer service charter and sustainability initiatives.
Report Work, Health and Safety incidents per charter.
About You:
Experience in front-of-house restaurant and bar operations.
Flexible roster commitments: out-of-hours, school holidays, weekends.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
Current NSW Working with Children Check.
Valid driver's licence.
