As one of the few consultancies offering a full end‐to‐end suite of ecological and biodiversity offsetting services, we support projects from initial feasibility, impact assessment and approvals through to on‐ground management and monitoring—ensuring environmental compliance with maximum efficiency while protecting Australia's unique natural resources.Our multidisciplinary team includes experts in ecology, botany, fauna handling, bushland restoration, GIS, mine rehabilitation, environmental approvals and ecological planning. You will act as a specialist adviser on complex projects, bringing deep technical expertise and staying ahead of industry developments. Recognised as a thought leader within your discipline, you will foster innovation, mentor and support team members, and contribute to the growth and capability of the team.In addition to technical leadership, you will work closely with your manager and senior stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify business development opportunities, and deliver outcomes that are both profitable and client focused.
