National Sales & Partnership Executive
Training SpaceFinder | Maroochydore HQ (Sunshine Coast) | Full-time

Training SpaceFinder helps organisations secure 9B-compliant training rooms nationwide — fast, compliant, and commercially smart. We're growing our booking rent roll and looking for a results-driven salesperson who loves deal-making, relationships, and closing.

The role (what you'll own)
This is a high-autonomy sales seat with strong support. You'll be based in our Maroochydore HQ with admin + finance support, so you can stay focused on conversion, partnerships, and growing recurring booking GP.

You will:
Grow referral partnerships: nurture existing referrers, build new strategic alliances, and consistently generate qualified introductions.
Convert inbound leads: respond quickly, run discovery, explain our solution simply, and secure the initial engagement to proceed to property options.
Present & place training rooms (nationwide): match requirements, present compliant options, negotiate terms, and close bookings (including placement fee + ongoing GP margin).
Retain and renew clients: manage the client journey to ensure bookings run smoothly and clients renew into their second 12-month term (or relocate/upgrade).
Deal-make bigger outcomes: identify when a client needs a larger facility, a lease, or a purchase pathway — and help move them there.

Additional opportunity (sister company synergy)
There is an additional opportunity for natural sales support with our sister company Wealth Space (commercial property buyers agents) for property acquisitions or property sourcing for other clients. Additional incentives apply for outcomes generated via this channel.

What success looks like
You are proactive, structured, and commercially sharp — building pipeline through partnerships, converting inbound demand, and increasing recurring booking GP through placements and renewals.

You'll be a fit if you…
Are a true salesperson — you like targets, momentum, and closing.
Love consultative selling: asking the right questions and matching needs to solutions.
Can run your own day with minimal supervision (pipeline discipline is non-negotiable).
Are commercially minded: you understand margins, negotiation, and urgency.
Communicate clearly and can lead clients through a step-by-step process.

We're open to proven sales performers from:
Commercial real estate sales / leasing
Property management BDM (growth roles)
B2B sales
Conference / venue / events sales

Salary & incentives
Base salary: circa $80,000 + super (experience dependent)
Commissions: % of placement fees
Milestone bonuses: paid as managed booking GP hits agreed monthly milestones
Additional incentives: outcomes generated via Wealth Space channel
