Job Overview
A key role in our organisation involves leading a team to support sales and profit goals by setting strategies for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyse and monitor sales & profit KPIs for the department and collaborate with visual merchandisers to maximise sales.
* Drive the Hello Member programme in line with national targets.
* Ensure the department meets company standards using the Customer Experience Tool.
* Work with the visual team to implement the Commercial Handbook.
* Evaluate and manage team performance; provide regular feedback, conduct performance development reviews, develop plans, follow-up, and take action to improve performance and develop the team.
* Actively work with a talent pipeline to support business needs.
Main Requirements:
