As the HR Coordinator you'll be involved in the full employee lifecycle and provide generalist support.
Responsibilities
* HR Administration: Providing first-level support to employees and managers by answering queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Recruitment Coordination: Supporting end-to-end recruitment by posting ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for every new starter.
* Data Integrity: Maintaining flawless employee records and taking ownership of data entry and reporting within our Workday HRIS.
* Compliance & Support: Assisting with the practical application of HR policies and ensuring all documentation meets current employment legislation standards.
* Performance & Development: Coordinating the logistics for performance review cycles and assisting in the rollout of training initiatives and workshops.
* Project Support: Acting as a right-hand to the HR Manager by assisting with various people projects and culture-building initiatives.
About You
* A relevant HR Degree or equivalent qualification.
* 1 year of HR experience or similar.
* Previous experience with an HRIS.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a "sharp eye" for detail and clear, professional communication skills.
* A strong desire to learn and grow. You are proactive, "hungry" to develop your HR career, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
