About the Role
This is an entry-level position that requires a minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or Community Services, or equivalent qualification. You will work closely with clients, carers, and community organisations to develop and monitor individual support plans.
* Deliver individual recovery-focused support using evidence-based, person-centred approaches.
* Assist consumers with navigating essential services such as NDIS applications, Centrelink payments, and housing arrangements.
* Engage in capacity-building activities that promote recovery, resilience, and improved physical and mental health.
* Develop and monitor individual support plans in collaboration with consumers, carers, and community organisations.
* Balance community outreach with administrative tasks, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant experience in the mental health or community services sector.
* Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or Community Services, or equivalent qualification.
* Strong ability to engage with clients, share your story, and collaborate with team members.
* Experience or a strong desire to learn about recovery-oriented approaches.
