Support Resident Wellbeing in Aged Care
We are seeking a compassionate Multi-Skilled Carer to join our team at Wearne Home in Mandurah. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to residents
* Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming
* Administer medication according to resident needs and doctor's orders
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate III in Aged Care and strong communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
