Senior Risk Officer
The Senior Risk Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the risk management framework remains compliant with legislative frameworks, government decision-making and policy requirements. This position requires strong leadership skills to implement the risk framework daily by facilitating risk workshops, conducting risk reporting and delivering risk training.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and governing the Mint's risk management framework.
* Providing expert advice on the application of the risk management framework, policy and procedures.
* Facilitating collaborative risk workshops to identify, assess and record risks associated with Mint activities.
* Ensuring quality assurance and governance over the Mint's digital risk tool.
* Developing and presenting risk reports to senior executives and stakeholders.
* Leading projects to mature the Mint's risk management practices and embed a robust risk culture.
This position requires a Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance. The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain this clearance.
