Store manager (aveley)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Managers to join our team at Pizzahut Ellenbrook.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Diploma of Management or Hospitality (or equivalent)
• Robust leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid understanding of food safety and compliance regulations
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, inventory management, financial management, marketing and promotion, compliance, and safety
• Hire, train, and manage staff members
• Schedule shifts and ensure that all staff members are following company policies and procedures
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring that all supplies are properly stored and accounted for
• Track sales, manage expenses, and ensure that the store is profitable
• Promote the store and drive sales through marketing and promotional activities
• Ensure that the store is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including food safety and labour laws
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff

Pay

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Public holidays
• Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay

• Performance bonus

Experience

• Leadership: 3 years (preferred)
• Retail management: 3 years (preferred)
