We’re on the hunt for an experienced Branch Manager to take full ownership of our store operations and lead a high-performing team at our Moorooka location on Brisbane Southside. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who understands mechanical, tyres, loves the 4WD and automotive space, and knows how to turn great customer experiences into strong commercial results. About the Role As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including sales, team leadership, customer experience, and day-to-day operations. You’ll lead from the front, set the standard, and ensure the store runs safely, efficiently, and profitably. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales, service, and workshop staff Drive sales growth across our passenger and commercial tyres with the power of Tyrepower Drive sales growth across 4WD accessories, tyres, and mechanical services Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships Manage stock control, merchandising, and supplier relationships Oversee rostering, payroll, and performance management Ensure compliance with WHS, company policies, and operational standards Monitor KPIs, budgets, and branch profitability Be hands-on when needed – (no task is beneath you) – but foster autonomy amongst the team About You Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar automotive retail leadership role.
