All Aussie Fire is a leading provider of fire protection, compliance, and safety services across NSW. We're seeking a skilled and Accredited Fire Safety Assessor to oversee inspections, audits, and certification across our NSW portfolio, supporting the growth and integrity of our Fire Services business.
This is a highly technical and autonomous role for someone passionate about fire safety, compliance, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
The Role
As a Fire Safety Assessor, you will take the lead on ensuring fire safety compliance across our NSW portfolio, overseeing inspections, audits, and certification activities while supporting operational and safety initiatives.
You will:
* Conduct routine inspections, audits, and compliance checks of fire safety systems across multiple sites.
* Ensure all work meets Australian Standards, BCA, regulatory requirements, and client contracts.
* Prepare and review detailed AFSS audit reports, providing clear certification and rectification guidance.
* Contribute to operational improvements, safety initiatives, and continuous compliance programs.
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Stay up to date with changes in legislation, standards, and technical requirements.
* Be a visible ambassador for All Aussie Fire, representing the business with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to safety.
* Report to the Operations Manager
* Collaborate with and mentor our Trainee Fire Safety Assessor through hands on guidance and training
This role involves regular travel across Sydney, and possibility in the future for overnight stays and occasional weekend work.
About You
You are a fully Accredited Fire Safety Assessor with a strong background in fire protection. You thrive working autonomously, make compliance critical decisions confidently, and are committed to a customer focused, safety first approach.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* FPA Accredited Fire Practitioner across all fire measures
* Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and regulatory requirements
* Proven experience in inspections, audits, and compliance reporting
* Strong attention to detail and technical interpretation skills
* White Card or equivalent
* Willingness to travel across NSW
