As part of an Area based multi-disciplinary health, wellbeing, and inclusion team, you will work to help build the capability of schools to support student achievement, engagement, and wellbeing. Also;
- Provide and facilitate capability
- building of schools with Tier 1 and Tier 2 interventions and programs.* Support schools to develop high quality Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Support Plans that are based on data and functions of behaviour.* In conjunction with schools, develop Educational Needs Assessments for students in Out of Home Care.* Support schools in critical incident response and recovery.* Assume the role of the regional Health and Wellbeing Key Contact for 3-4 schools in the Area.
