About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team at the ELYSIUM SKIN CENTRE' in Brisbane. As our Cosmetic Medicine Clinic Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our modern and professional practice. This full-time role will see you working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to the overall success of our growing cosmetic clinic.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
What you'll be doing
1. Welcoming patients and visitors to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner
2. Scheduling appointments, managing the clinic's calendar and coordinating patient bookings
3. Handling incoming phone calls, emails and enquiries in a prompt and courteous fashion
4. Assisting with patient registration and documentation processes
5. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
6. Collaborating with the clinic team, providing general administrative support and clinical assistance as required
7. Process private billing / Medicare
8. Assist with stock and retail product management
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience required as a Receptionist within a healthcare or cosmetic clinic setting
2. Minimum 2 years of healthcare or cosmetic clinic receptionist experience is required
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of patients
4. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
5. Proficiency in using standard office software and administrative tools
6. Proficiency in both Microsoft Office and practice management systems is required
7. A friendly, professional and patient-focused approach
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
9. A passion for delivering outstanding patient service and care
10. Professional presentation and a genuine interest in cosmetic medicine, skin, and aesthetics
