Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to consistently deliver superior customer service and expert styling advice.
* Drive sales and achieve KPIs in a fast-paced luxury menswear environment.
* Oversee day-to-day store operations, including staffing, stock management, and visual merchandising to maintain the brand's premium presentation.
* Analyse sales trends and implement effective strategies to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain impeccable store standards.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in retail management
* Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
* Immaculate presentation with a polished, professional appearance - you'll set the standard for the brand's luxury service.
* A genuine passion for styling, customer service, and creating a tailored, luxury shopping experience.
* Ability to manage and thrive in a fast paced, results-driven retail environment.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain a calm and efficient approach under pressure.
* Availability to work a Tuesday-Saturday roster
