Our team is looking for a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join us in Varsity Lakes. As a Junior Officer, you will be responsible for providing accurate financial information and reports to the management.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, bills, and expense claims.
2. Process payments to suppliers.
3. Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly.
4. Follow up on overdue invoices and arrange payment plans.
5. Work closely with the sales team to support business growth and address issues when needed.
6. Prepare month-end accounts and assist with year-end closing.
7. Support financial audit activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. You should also have experience with bookkeeping, invoicing, and daily accounting operations.
Requirements:
