Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
This position is an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of administrative services within a dynamic team.
* The successful candidate will provide general reception and customer service support, as well as administrative assistance, to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
* They will work closely with colleagues in the Campus Environment team and report directly to the Parking Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with Campus Environment staff, students, the wider University, visitors, and external clients to provide exceptional customer service.
2. Develop and maintain effective workplace relationships with academic and professional School and College staff, students, and honorary appointees.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
4. Communicate clearly and respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
