The Role – Built for Hunters
This isn't a desk job. This is field sales. We're looking for a sales-driven professional who thrives on activity, lives for the chase, and is driven to close. You'll be out in the market, representing KTL, making calls, setting meetings, and building a strong pipeline of new clients. Working with the broader KTL team to implement secured clients and maintain ongoing relationships.
What You'll Do
Drive sales activity daily: prospecting, cold calling, setting meetings, and closing deals.
Build, track, and grow your pipeline with call and meeting logs.
Represent KTL on the road, in boardrooms, and at networking events.
Develop tailored freight solutions that add value, not just cut price.
Smash activity targets and exceed revenue goals with a hunter's mindset.
Target existing customers with growth opportunities to increase wallet size.
What You'll Bring
Proven success in freight forwarding sales is preferred, but we would consider applications without this experience.
A hunter mentality, persistent, competitive, and driven.
Confidence to own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
