As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a talented and motivated Designer or Draftsperson to join our creative team. This role is flexible depending on your strengths—we’re open to shaping the scope and responsibilities around the right person.
Whether you're an experienced draftsperson, an emerging designer with fresh ideas, or someone with solid Revit/BIM skills who’s ready for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our design team, and depending on your experience, you will:
Liaise directly with clients and guide them through the design journey. You will be responsible for delivering preliminary design packages through to fully detailed, construction-ready drawings and schedules.
Ensure all documentation complies with the NCC, Australian Standards, and relevant state and local planning requirements.
Communicate with the project managers, procurement and construction team to ensure efficient and quality outcomes.
Coordinate with consultants as required to support project delivery.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our design team, systems and workflows.
Who You Are
You might be a great fit for this role if you bring:
Experience in drafting, design, or architecture within the construction or residential sector
Proficiency in Revit or other design software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or similar)
A creative and detail-oriented mindset
An interest in modular or sustainable design
The ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment
Formal qualifications are welcome but not essential—what matters most is your ability to contribute meaningfully and grow with us.
