**Looking to help mould a Tech company that is experiencing massive scale?**

Due to fast growth and many exciting projects underway and in the pipeline, they are seeking the skills of an Iteration Manager to be responsible for driving the successful delivery of their software solutions through effective planning, coordination, and execution of agile development iterations.

What you'll be doing:

- **Agile Project Management**: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development iterations, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies and best practices. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and continuous improvement.
- **Iteration Planning and Coordination**: Work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to define iteration goals, scope, and priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth execution of iteration deliverables.
- **Resource Management**: Monitor and manage team capacity and workload, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated to meet project deadlines and objectives. Identify and address any potential risks or roadblocks that may impact the successful completion of iterations.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and progress reports, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the iteration lifecycle.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the development team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, learning, and knowledge sharing. Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and delivery efficiency.
- Working closely with some of the most reputable Product leaders in Australia.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- Proven experience as an Iteration Manager or similar role, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience in implementing agile practices.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deliverables.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing process enhancements.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and proficiency in project management tools and software.
