Job Opportunity
This is an exciting entry-level position where you will be responsible for contributing to the growth and management of our Construction Practice.
The Role
* You will assist senior team members when required, and effectively manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their insurance and risk management needs are met.
* You will prepare client documentation such as renewal questionnaires, reports, quote slips, placing slips, client manuals, and invoice documents.
* You will provide support to senior team members in managing larger clients' insurance, risk management programs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
* You will develop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients, and other key stakeholders, professionally representing the company.
* You will maintain comprehensive client data on internal systems, facilities, and databases.
* You will respond to client claims enquiries, provide advice on the claims process, and maintain the claims database.
* You will liaise with insurance assessors as required.
* You will manage workflow and diary systems, ensuring agreed claims standards are achieved with timely settlement of claims.
* You will contribute to individual and team annual new business targets.
* You will ensure pipeline accuracy and quality are maintained regularly.
* You will manage debtor collections in accordance with terms of trade.
* You will achieve and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
* You will undertake professional development when required.

* Financial Services Reform Act (minimum Tier 1 Broking Compliance).

* Background in general insurance and construction preferred.
