Marketing Manager Job Description
This role is for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the implementation of annual marketing plans for Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing NPD and forecasting, activating B2B and B2C promotions, PR and social media, with a passion for haircare, personal care, beauty or fashion.
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strategic marketing, creativity, and a commercial outlook. This role will be accountable for locally implementing initiatives outlined by the Americas Regional Team, alongside ideation and execution of localized brand and awareness programs. There will be close collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, and Education teams to coordinate the execution of Regional initiatives, ensuring accuracy of sales and brand messaging.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of global NPDs and Campaigns, as supplied by the Americas Regional Team.
- Manage all aspects of brand image to both salons (B2B) and consumers (N2C), maintaining established global standards.
- Work with external PR Agency and Regional Comms Manager to seek out, activate, and maximize all PR, Social Media, Sponsorship & Comms opportunities for the brands, in accordance with their individual brand strategies and to budget.
