Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day operational activities, ensuring all processes are efficient and organized. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a high level of proficiency with 'Simpro', our service program for job, task, and customer management.
* Use these skills to integrate the business and customers fully.
* Update and oversee Simpro's Customer portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Collaborate with the Service Manager and Technicians to effectively follow up and manage technician job cards. Follow up and ensure timesheets are completed weekly for all service technicians.
* Create and maintain current site asset registers and compliance certificates in consultation with the Service Manager and technicians.
* Work closely with Management, OH&S Coordinator, Supervisor, and Technicians to create Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and assist in implementing OHSE systems and procedures.
* Assist management in accounting tasks, including debtors and accounts receivables.
About You
* Proven experience in office management or administration roles.
* Strong proficiency in Simpro or similar service programs.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
* Familiarity with accounting processes.
* Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
* Must be able to work autonomously.
Working Hours
This role operates Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm, providing a long weekend every week.
