Business Development Director Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to join our team. This dynamic role will work closely with the Director of Sales to drive hotel results and lead the Sales & Marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing, with supervisory experience beneficial. They will be responsible for managing daily sales activities and coaching their team to deliver to their full potential.
Main Responsibilities:
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders through networking and attending industry events.
* Crafting and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy and revenue growth.
* Negotiating partnerships with relevant organizations to drive bookings and increase brand visibility.
* Organizing events such as media launches, familiarization tours, and networking events to generate buzz and create awareness about the hotel.
* Producing and reviewing regular reports to monitor performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in marketing or a related field.
* Three or more years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing, with supervisory experience beneficial.
