Description We’re looking for a Senior ERP Developer (MYOB Acumatica) to play a key role in delivering high-quality ERP solutions for growing Australian businesses. This is not just a coding role. You’ll work across solution design, development, integrations, and client delivery , helping shape systems that directly impact financial performance and operational efficiency. Skills And Experiences What you'll be doing Solution Design & Development Design and build customisations, extensions and modules within MYOB Acumatica Develop scalable solutions using C#, .NET and Acumatica xRP framework Translate business requirements into robust technical designs Integrations & Data Develop and maintain integrations Design data flows, validation, and synchronisation across systems Troubleshoot and optimise system performance Project Delivery Work closely with consultants, BAs and clients to deliver ERP projects Contribute to solution architecture and technical decision-making Support deployments, testing, and post-go-live optimisation Leadership & Capability Mentor junior developers and uplift development standards Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices Drive consistency in development quality and delivery outcomes What you'll bring Core experience 5 years in software development (ERP experience essential) Hands-on experience with MYOB Acumatica (or similar ERP platforms) Strong C#, .NET and SQL capability Technical capability Experience with Acumatica customisations (DACs, graphs, workflows, reports) Proven integration experience (APIs, middleware, third-party platforms) Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (nice to have) Commercial mindset Ability to understand business processes (finance, distribution, projects) Strong problem-solving and solution-design capability Confident working in a client-facing consulting environment
