What You'll Be Doing
To co-ordinate the administrative team providing secretarial and administrative services to the Department of Allergy and Immunology.
Assisting the Allergy and Immunology team in their clinical roles e.g. scheduling appointments, transcription typing of clinical letters, answering and responding to telephone enquiries, managing referrals, processing invoices, bulk billing, updating and maintaining patient information via databases, coordinating clinics through the patient scheduling system, as well as organising patients files that are required for the medical teams.
Healthroster data entry and roster creation through roster demand template/s for department staff members.
Assistance in recruitment processes.
Exercising initiative in the application of established day-to-day work practices and procedures in the Department such as prioritizing workload and ensuring tasks are met within a timely manner.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has demonstrated administration experience within a medical environment.
Proven ability to learn, or relevant experience with navigating various databases and scheduling systems.
