Customer Experience Coordinator
We are seeking a part-time Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at The Pet Vet Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional to create a positive, welcoming, friendly, and efficient environment for customers and their pets.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, either in person or over the phone. They will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our services, and ensuring that they have a positive experience.
To achieve this, we are looking for someone who is outgoing, proactive, confident, and happy to support our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be able to multitask efficiently.
