About The Role
We're seeking a General Manager to lead and scale Cecure through its next phase of growth.
Reporting to the CEO and Board, you'll take full ownership of business performance - driving revenue, profitability, operational excellence and team culture. This is a true leadership role, balancing strategy with hands‐on delivery across live projects and client relationships.
You'll lead a high‐performing team across construction, project management and operations, ensuring Cecure continues to deliver high‐quality outcomes while building a sustainable and scalable business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead overall business performance - revenue, margins and delivery targets
* Drive strategic growth across selected markets and project types
* Oversee end‐to‐end project performance (time, cost, quality)
* Build and lead a high‐performing, values‐driven team
* Implement and optimise systems, processes and operational frameworks
* Own key client relationships and manage escalations
* Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting and reporting
* Strengthen collaboration across Sales, Operations and Construction
About You
* 10+ years' experience in construction, with strong leadership exposure
* Proven track record owning P&L and delivering profitable outcomes
* Experience across remediation, commercial, or complex construction environments
* Strong people leader with the ability to build culture and capability
* Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and hands‐on approach
* Confident managing stakeholders across clients, consultants and internal teams
