Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Trainer to develop and deliver sales, customer service and related training programs across various sales areas.
This role will involve:
* Developing and delivering sales and related training to sales representatives across key sales areas, including truck sales and product sales teams.
* Coordinating customer service training and skill development for customer-facing roles such as Parts Advisors and Service Advisors.
* Mentoring sales and customer service staff.
* Undertaking internal and external training to support ongoing professional development.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience developing and delivering sales and customer service training.
* Strong presentation, facilitation, and verbal communication skills, both face-to-face and electronic.
* Ability to travel as required.
* Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
