Job Description
As a Distribution Coordinator, you will serve as the pivotal link between sales, operations, and distribution partners.
You will oversee end-to-end distribution activities – from engaging distributors and managing purchase/sales orders to coordinating with warehouses and ensuring seamless delivery to customers.
This role plays a vital part in business development, helping us expand into new channels and markets by building strong relationships with distributors and supporting commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and manage relationships with distributors and sales channels in target markets.
* Support business development activities including proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
* Manage purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs), ensuring accurate entry and clear communication with customers.
* Liaise with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Monitor inventory and stock levels in the ERP system, providing input for demand forecasting and replenishment.
* Resolve distribution or delivery issues promptly and effectively.
* Provide reporting on sales performance, distributor engagement, and stock movements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
* Fluent Mandarin and English skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in distribution, sales coordination, or export operations.
* Prior ERP and inventory management experience required.
