Hope's Pharmacy is looking for a passionate full-time and casual Dispensary and Retail Assistants.
The successful applicants will join our retail Pharmacy in Vincentia and have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the store including customer service, merchandising, working within a team environment, stock control and ordering.
You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills and become a valuable member of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all customers are served with a warm, friendly smile
Continually learning about new products and keeping stock up-to-date
Taking in and handing out scripts
Assisting with over-the-counter sales
Delivering knowledge and providing product information
Maintenance and rotation of stock
Dispensing medications, Webster packing and assisting the Pharmacist in daily operations (Dispensary Assistant only)
Skills & Knowledge
Retail Pharmacy experience is preferred but not essential – we are happy to train someone with the work ethic and demeanor we desire
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be motivated and maintain a positive attitude at all times
Ability to fully engage with our customers as well as your teammates
Have a great eye for presentation and detail
You will work with a friendly pharmacy team with a roster working across our regular hours of Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings (no extended hours).
This position is available to Australian citizens for immediate start.
Remuneration is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
