Experience
At least 1 year of short video operations experience, familiar with short video operation strategies and skilled in TikTok creative content production, shooting, and post-editing optimization.
Understanding of Overseas Users: Familiar with overseas user habits, familiar with foreign IPs; proficient in playing overseas social media, familiar with the rules and algorithms of increasing followers on various overseas social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
TikTok Operations Management: At least 1 year of experience in TikTok operations management in North America, deep understanding of cross-border e-commerce industry, experience in overseas promotion or overseas SNS promotion‐related work is preferred.
Responsibilities
1. Familiar with TikTok Operation Rules: Independently complete the TikTok 0 to 1 closed-loop construction.
2. Development and Execution of TikTok Content Strategy: Develop content strategies suitable for the TikTok platform based on the company's overall strategy and objectives.
3. Advertisement Optimization: Develop corresponding advertising delivery mechanisms and operation strategies for different products to improve conversion rates and video quality.
4. Influencer Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to achieve effective output.
5. Live Streaming: Familiar with TikTok live streaming rules, able to independently complete live streaming from 0 to 1 closed-loop construction.
